I’m Wendy, a senior at Ohio University. Between two jobs and some extracurriculars, this place keeps me pretty busy. I’m currently the creative director of Backdrop Magazine, a student-run magazine on campus. I also work as a designer and gallery assistant at the Kennedy Museum of Art and as a cashier at Follett University Bookstore.
I dabble in just about anything creative and I’m pretty sure that if my mother hadn’t sworn me off of it, I’d be going to school for interior design. I find big open spaces with lots of light inspiring, and some day I’ll own one of my own. I’m a fan of bright color, sans-serif fonts, and acrylic paints. I truly find baking relaxing, and even more so when followed by a night in my bed with Netflix. After three years at this place, I know the above about myself, and maybe a bit more. I’m excited to see what my fourth year here brings, but I’m even more excited to get out of this college town and see what the world has to offer.
Awesome, Wendy. I look forward to getting to you know you better.
